This Is the Story of My Life
I
am Colleen Fischer. Yes, that name plastered on the bottom of each page
does refer to me. If you've made it this far, you probably have at least
some idea of who I am, either because you actually have met me (most likely)
or because you giggled and sighed along with me through reading the endless
drama of my life in the always entertaining Diary
section.
Anyway ... let's get some basic facts down before digging into the meat
and potatoes (actually, in college, it's usually only potatoes) of my
life. I'm a sophomore in the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern
University.
I'm a journalism major. (You knew you wanted to ask.) I'm 19 years old,
and I come from the wonderful city of Erie, Pennsylvania. You know, as
in Lake Erie. Yeah, that's right, the little "stickey-uppy"
part of the state. That's actually how my Medill classmates referred to
my home ... but I won't comment on that. Yet.
